Simpson Strait buoys 9, 11, 12, 14 and 18 will remain deployed during the offseason, from October 2020 to August 2021. These buoys may be dragged off advertised position by ice movement, or remain under the ice. As a result, mariners are to navigate with caution in the area until those buoys are again commissioned in August 2021.
