The ship is towing a single 12 kilometer long near-surface cable marked at the end by a yellow tail buoy and white flashing light. Wide berth requested.

The survey vessel is accompanied by the support ship Polar Prince / CFK9552. Both ships monitor VHF channels 16 and 74.
