The leading line, bearing 271 degrees as shown on ENC CA473415 and Chart 5351 is plotted up to 160 metres south of the true leading line. Use caution while transiting riviere Arnaud and approaches using ENC CA473415 and Chart 5351.
The aquaculture site in Cap Cove, Trinity Bay has been identified as a potential hazard to navigation due to lack of perimeter markings and partially submerged unmarked buoys.
The aquaculture site is located in approximate position 48 22,808N 053 22,634W.
Caution.
The Canadian Hydrographic Service has found an uncharted islet on the approaches to Aberdeen Bay at position 63 38.3N 072 11.0w.
Please note that chart 5450 is on an unknown datum. The position of this Navigational Warning has been scaled to agree with chart 5450.
The Canadian Hydrographic Service has found an uncharted islet on the approaches to Aberdeen Bay at position 63 37.0N 072 07.5w.
The Canadian Hydrographic Service has found an uncharted islet on the approaches to Markham Bay at position 63 30N, 072 12W.
The Canadian Hydrographic Service has found an uncharted islet on the approaches to Markham Bay at position 63 25.5N 072 13.0W.
The Canadian Hydrographic Service has found the following shoal depth on the approaches to Markham Bay: 19 fathoms at 63 26N 072 18W.
Subsurface scientific mooring established at 70 02.434 N 126 18.404 W. Top float 223 meters below surface.
Unmarked hazard in 46 08 02.828N 63 46 11.81W. Caution
The front tower on the lit range LL 1746.0 at Mile 223.4, at position 61°56.47N 121° 42.45W is down and temporarily out of service.
A bottom moored ODAS listening system has been deployed in the vicinity of 47°55.084N 048°34.500W at a depth of 142 fathoms. There is no surface impression from this mooring.
Mira Gut channel may be impassible at low tide, due to inadequate water depths.
Due to siltation, there is unsafe and inadequate water depths for navigation within the channel at Fox Dens Gully. Caution
Unlighted yellow and white buoy, attached to a 1200 foot cable, anchored in 45 20.822N 064 27.743W. The buoy and cable will swing with tide change. Caution.
Botsford Wharf, N.B. has a limiting depth of 0.0 metres between 46 10 06.6N 63 56 04.4W and 46 10 09.1N 63 55 56.4W. Caution.
Note that the limiting depth is below CHS chart datum and horizontal positions are based on NAD83.
A sounding survey of Fox Dens Gully was completed by Public Works and Government Services Canada on May 3, 2019. The Fox Dens Gully Channel has a limiting depth of 0.0 metres between 47 53 07.5N 64 29 40.0W and 47 53 07.5N 64 30 15.1W. This notice is in effect until dredging operations have been completed. Caution.

Damaged
A sounding survey of Summerside Harbour was completed by Public Services and Procurement Canada in November 2018. It was compared to Canadian Hydrographic chart 4459 for possible hazards to navigation. The following differences were found:
1) Add 6.4 metres at 46-22-45.7 N 63-49-17.3 W2) Add 6.2 metres at 46-23-02.8 N 63-48-18.9 W
