The race boundary will be marked with yellow buoys. All vessels transiting Nanaimo Harbour are requested to transit with caution and maintain a minimum wash.

The World Championship Bathtub Race will take place between Nanaimo Harbour, Entrance Island and Winchelsea from 1700UTC to 2300UTC July 28th.

Nanaimo Inner Harbour and Newcastle Channel will be closed to commercial traffic for the duration of the race, with the exception of Gabriola, Newcastle and Protection Island ferries. 

The race boundary will be marked with yellow buoys. All vessels transiting Nanaimo Harbour are requested to transit with caution and maintain a minimum wash.
