Description

Ice control zone Victor partially activated.

Effective immediately and until further notice, the following area has been declared an ice control zone:

All waters in Ice Control Zone Victor that are Southwest of a line drawn from Cap Gaspe (48 45.1N 064 09.6W) to St. Paul Island (47 11.9N 060 08.8W) have been activated and are now in effect. 

All laden oil tankers and ships carrying chemicals in bulk should comply with Transport Canada's TP 15163 of the Joint-Industry Government Guidelines.
