Description

The Canadian Coast Guard published the VN-200 chart aimed at identifying maintained depths of the Saint Lawrence Waterway including certain anchorage areas.

Considering the natural over-depth observed at the TR1 anchorage station in the port of Trois-Rivières, it has been agreed to exceptionally allow a depth of 11.3 meters instead of 10.7 meters.

This depth is observed within the polygon defined by the following coordinates:

Point D : 46 19.557N 072 32.892W
Point E : 46 19.560N 072 32.897W

In order to obtain an anchoring authorization, every vessel is required to communicate and comply with the procedures established by the Trois-Rivières Port Authority.
