| Description | Due to the prevailing low water levels on the Mackenzie River, the Canadian Coast Guard will not be lifting any buoys between mile 86 (km 138) and mile 671 (km 1,080), just upstream of the Ramparts Rapids. Buoys will not be monitored for the remainder of the navigation season and may be off their advertised position. Mariners should not rely on any aids to navigation in that section of the Mackenzie River until the aids are recommissioned in July 2024. |
