| Description | Pier construction will take place on Jetty A at the Esquimalt Naval Base. Operations active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pilings are in place with yellow quick flashing lights marking a no-go zone around the Jetty. All vessels entering Esquimalt Harbour are required to check in with KHM Operations on VHF channel 10 or by phone at 250-363-2160. Minimum wake.
