A bottom moored ODAS listening system has been deployed in the vicinity of 47°55.084N 048°34.500W at a depth of 142 fathoms. There is no surface impression from this mooring.

Mira Gut channel may be impassible at low tide, due to inadequate water depths.

A sounding survey of Fox Dens Gully was completed by Public Works and Government Services Canada on May 3, 2019. The Fox Dens Gully Channel has a limiting depth of 0.0 metres between 47 53 07.5N 64 29 40.0W and 47 53 07.5N 64 30 15.1W. This notice is in effect until dredging operations have been completed. Caution.
