The Private Red Buoy East of Shearwater Island, Missing
A subsurface mooring has been deployed at 49 57.332N 125 04.436W, 9m above the sea floor.
A private mooring buoy charted at 53 01.511N 131 54.316W is reported off position in Cumshewa Inlet at 53 01.864N 131 44.859W.
CHS surveys have identified an uncharted shoal in the vicinity of Chalk Island at 48 55.080N 125 18.677W with a depth of 1.8m.

A partially submerged embedded piling has been reported north of Pylades Island in the vicinity of 49 04.249N 123 41.128W. The piling is 30 cm in diameter, with 4 large spikes extending outward.
An exclusion zone has been established in Doctor Bay for Environmental Response.

A subsurface mooring buoy has been deployed in the vicinity of Deltaport at 49 00.485N 123 10.598W. The mooring is 12 meters above the sea floor.
