Recent Hydrographic surveys conducted on behalf of the Canadian Hydrographic Service have identified a shoal of 18.5m, Puvirnituq and approaches on Chart 5510.

The shoal is in position 59 56.8551N 077 53.3946W  (WGS84).

The area has not been fully surveyed and shallower depths may exist close to this position.

Mariners are advised to use caution.

The shoal is in position 59 57.4435N 077 29.0724W (WGS84).

The area has not been fully surveyed and shallower depths may exist close to this position.
