| Description | On behalf of the Transport Canada Port Official, vessels are hereby advised that at any time they may have to depart and/or maneuver within the public port due to the possibility of impending weather. This is in accordance with the Canada Marine Act (Sections 58 and 76) and Section 3 of the Practices and Procedures for Public Ports. This will be in effect from September 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 and applies to the Public Ports of Come by Chance and Long Harbour. |
